Who qualifies for the best rates?
All drivers or potential renters must be 25 years old.You must have a major credit card (not a credit card which is also a debit card).
What do I need to do to get this rate?
You must currently have insurance and bring your insurance card. Make a reservation online by filling out our form "Reserve a Vehicle" and meet the other requirements listed here.
When do I get the lowest prices on renting a car or van rentals?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (of non holiday weeks, at least 5 days prior to a holiday and 3 days after) the prices start $25 per day.
Rates have probably been lowered for 2 to 4 week rentals.Call for the latest rates & specials.Say "I'm calling from your website 25DollarCarRental.com and want your special prices for 2 to 4 week rentals With (or Without) my insurance card."
Fuel
Vehicle must be returned with the Same Fuel level the vehicle was rented to avoid refueling fee of of $6 per Gallon.
What if I rent on Monday and return on Thursday will I be charged $25 for Thursday (for a vehicle that rents for $25 per day on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday)?
Yes, you will be charged $25 per day.
If I rent begining on a Monday for 1 or 2 weeks will I be charged $25 each day (for a vehicle that rents for $25 per day on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday)?
Yes, as long as it the rental begins at least 5 days prior to a holiday period.
Free Miles, Unlimited Miles, what are the terms?
All passenger cars, mini vans, passenger vans and 15 or 16 foot box trucks come with 100 miles per day free.
Additional miles for cars are 20 cents per mile. Additional miles for Minivans 9 - 10 - 11- 12 and 15 passenger vans are 25 cents per mile. Additional miles for 15 and 16 foot Box Trucks are 29 cents per mile.

M-W Rate 1.Cargo vans come with 50 miles per day free at the $55 rate and additional miles are 29 cents per mile.
M-W Rate 2.Cargo vans come with zero miles per day free at the $25 rate and additional miles are 59 cents per mile.
T-S Cargo Vans (Thursday through Sunday) come with 50 miles free at the $59.99 rate and additional miles are 29 cents per mile.
If I rent for 4 days and drive more than 100 miles on one day, but less than 400 miles total for the whole 4 days, will I have to pay any additional miles fees?
Your total rental period is what counts. In this example there will NOT be any additional miles fees.
Additional Drivers
If the second driver has his or her own credit card then it is only $3 per day, otherwise the use of someone else's credit card is addtional $4 each additional day for a total of $7 per day. All additional drivers must be over 25 years old.
